Rodney has a 5-step estate plan creation process that takes you from initial consultation to ensuring copies of the finalized estate plan document is delivered to you. This process of creating an estate plan is stress-free while getting the job done.
Create a Plan
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Creating your estate plan begins with an initial consultation where all relevant information will be collected.
ROUGH DRAFT REVIEW
After the Initial Consultation, you will receive the rough draft of the entire estate plan. Review normally takes 1-2 weeks.
CONFERENCE CALL MEETING
After the Rough Draft Review, clients and the attorney will meet — this meeting will usually be completed over the phone. At this meeting, you will get all your questions answered and any concerns resolved. This is also an opportunity for the attorney to make any changes requested by you.
DOCUMENT SIGNING
After all concerns are resolved from the Conference Call Meeting, you will meet in-person with Rodney and all documents will be signed.
ESTATE PLAN DELIVERY
During this final step the grant deed(s) are recorded and the complete estate plan is delivered to the client.
PRICING: CREATE A PLAN
A complete estate plan can usually be provided at around $3,000.00.
